UNICA MULTI-MATERIAL PLASTIC MOLDING has always paid attention to product quality and has a laboratory entirely dedicated to testing the components along all stages of production. Each component is tested throughout the production process following specific control plans. This includes taking measurements and checking all the characteristics required by the design specifications and mandatory standards. The internal laboratory is equipped with several measuring instruments to do internal several checks: aesthetic (colorimeters), physical-mechanical (dynamometer from 5.000N) and thousandth dimensional evaluation (profile projector).
